“After our longstanding cleaning lady retired last year I decided to hire Lux cleaning services for our quite large house. We have been very happy with the cleaning services (and realize now our house was never thoroughly cleaned in the past!). We have a team of 2 or 3 who clean every 2 weeks and the house always looks great. All the cleaners are personable and friendly and do a great job. It’s also nice that if someone is sick, they send an alternate, which means I am never left without cleaning services which used to happen in the past when I relied on one person. Teams change sometimes but they are all equally effective. The office contacts me the day before to confirm the cleaning start time and they are always completely on time, which I appreciate. I’m always impressed by how much they get done while here- with the cleaning schedule that they follow the house is cleaned top to bottom. Highly recommended.”

The two cleaners from Lux were very good – they spent a full 8 hours cleaning the walls, the kitchen and bathrooms until everything was shining. It was also nice that they used scent free products which worked well, and the smell that had been in the apartment before was mostly gone. We would recommend them to anyone looking for serious, deep cleaning. The only criticism I have is that they asked what my budget was and then charged that amount – which was okay but I would rather have had them tell me what they charge. My budget might have
